We ran across Jack Bushmeyer at a local autocross recently and as we were taking pictures of his very nice autocross and track-prepared 1970 911T, we struck up a conversation.

We had a new windshield installed in our Sepia 911 project over the weekend. We decided to go with the original manufacturer-Sekurit, with the same light-green tint that matches the rest of our windows and our factory COA documentation.

The 2014 Hershey Swap Meet was a great load of fun. We brought out a bunch of new products, as well as a selection of "scratch and dent" parts that make for great swap-meet-fodder.

The first Saturday of every month, the "European Auto Salvage Yard" or EASY, plays host to a growing number of Porsche enthusiasts for their "Cars and Coffee" events. Lately they have taken to filling both sides of the street, piling Porsches in nearly on top of one another. It is quite a spectacle to see, and worth a trip to the SF Bay area if you are nearby. After an invite from a 912 enthusiast, we decided to check it out, to see what all the hubbub was about. We were not disappointed.
We're working on the interior and glass installation on our 911 project. It's nice to be on the homestretch on this long-term project.

The event is June 6th and 7th. Please click for the vendor registration form.

George Malos of Davis, Illinois is working on the restoration of his 1966 912. George is the original owner of the car. It was originally Polo Red, but it was damaged during initial delivery and repainted green.

One of our favorite parts of the Lit Meet weekend is what we call the Shop Crawl. Many of the Porsche-centric businesses and restoration shops in the Los Angeles area open their doors to visitors to show off their wares.
