Survivor SC Update: Coming Together

Our 1978 911SC is coming back together, but we are taking time to make sure that everything is up to snuff mechanically. This, of course, is adding time and money to our budget.

Precision Bent Brake Line Kits

Following up on our early 911 and 912 brake line kits, we now have precision bent brake line kits for the 1969 through 1977. These are PVF coated with yellow zinc Cohline fittings. The Stoddard exclusive set was patterned after the originals and has all of the intricate compound curves—it really makes replacing your brake line set very easy.

Piston and Cylinder Sets

   We have full piston and cylinder sets for the 356, 912 and 911 from the Factory as well as top-notch aftermarket options.
    If you're restoring a Porsche, the incremental cost of a new set of jugs will be small—while the peace of mind and resale bump will more than make up for it.

NLA-741-001 Chrome Gauge Bezel for 356A 356B and 356C

356 Gauge Bezels

You stare at them every time you drive--those chrome bezels around each gauge on the 356 dashboard, so why not make sure they're perfect?
We now have excellent replacements that are an exact match for the originals and are designed to be easy to install. The chromed brass is soft enough to crimp onto the gauge using normal hand tools (like our Bone Tool!)

Late 914 Door Sill Set

Porsche used black plastic door sill strips on the later 914s, as well as the 911. While these didn't look too bad when new, they got beat up pretty quickly. We took some of the earlier bright anodized aluminum styles and had them black anodized so they're a nice upgrade for your 1973 or later 914.

The flourescent orange buttons on the first inertia reel three-point safety belts faded to a dull orange after a few years and by now they're probably washed out to a flat silver. We've got replacement stickers that have the same visual "pop" as the first time your car rolled out into the sunlight. They're easy to apply and finish off a top-notch interior restoration.

For Sale: Gemini 73S

CarParc USA has a delightful 1973 911S Targa for sale. They restored the car in 2011 and are now offering it for sale after a few years of gentle usage. It's a great looking car from a trusted seller.
