644-504-761-00 Plastic Mirror Access Cover for 356A, 356B through T5.

356A through 356C have holes in the inner door structure to give access to the outside rear view mirror bolts. This is the early version for cars through T5. These are white plastic with prongs on the back; it pops in place.

Tip: For concours accuracy, you'll want to paint the surface satin silver.
