Tustin Cars and Coffee

Cars and Coffee events are a staple of the modern car scene.  You meet early, grab a parking spot and a cup of Joe and BS about cars for a couple of hours on a Saturday morning.

NLA-351-033-00 Drum Brake Shoe Set

Brand-Spankin-New Brake Shoes

For many years remanufactured brake shoes were the only choice for the 356 owner. Just as it sounds, each shoe is stripped of its friction material and new material is reapplied. Now there is an option for higher quality and better performance. For the first time in decades, newly manufactured 356 brake shoes are available for sale. These new shoes are designed to fit perfectly and are a great value.
Stoddard brake shoes are made here in America using the highest quality components. Each new backing plate is laser cut and then assembled using state of the art computer-controlled TIG welding. The backing plate ends are finished with proper coining to better fit the cylinders. The friction material is bonded to our plates with asbestos free lining applied by the largest manufacture of brake shoes here in the United States.
An axle set of our brake shoes (4)  is a great value at $179.50 and will fit 356, 356A, and 356B models. There is no core charge as we use all new materials.

Correct 911 and 912 Plenum Seal

The fresh-air intake plenum at the base of your 911 or 912 cowl is sealed with a strip of rubber. We have recreated this in the original black rubber compound for a perfectly authentic look. It's the little details like this that can help make your car a stunner.

911-107-006-31 Oil Tank Reservoir. Fits 911 1973-1989

Latest from Porsche Classic:
Later 911 Oil Tank

The air- and oil-cooled 911 engine uses a dry sump lubrication system to keep the temperatures in check. That system relies heavily on a large tank that acts as an oil reservoir so your engine is never run dry. These tanks are located in the right rear fender well and as such, are constantly bombarded with road debris, water spray and everything else that gets chucked up from the rear tires.  We have the latest Factory replacement tanks in stock.

Early Seatbelt Mounting Lug

The Factory originally used a aluminum mounting lug to attach the shoulder portion of the non-retracting three-point belts found in late 356s and the early 911 and 912.
The aluminum mounting lug was bolted into the chassis with an socket-head allen bolt. The aluminum lugs wore quickly and were soon replaced with chromed steel versions.  We've recreated the original aluminum lugs and now have them in stock for your project.
