Weber 40 IDA 3C Carburettor New triple Weber and other carburettors suitable for Porsche 911. They are made in the Weber factory in Spain to the original Italian drawings and specifications. Supplied with intake funnels, nozzles, etc. Standard equipment: pre-atomiser 4.5 Venturi 30 main nozzle 125 air correction nozzle 180 mixture tube F26 idling nozzle 55
Although the 40 mm version was used in the models of the 911T and 914/6 series, the 46 mm version was only used for motor sports. From the 906, via the 911R, and from the 914/6 GT to the 911 ST, that version was fitted on all the powerful engines. Thus only the high-performance engines or those whose displacement exceeded 3.0 litres can be converted to the larger version.
