This rubber gasket is fitted between the Porsche crest on the hood, and the hood itself. Generally, the gasket will not last as long as the badge itself, and may need to be replaced every few years due to cracking and drying out. Replace your gasket with a new one every time you replace your hood crest. Fits all Porsche crest badges from 1965 onward.
