Torquer Camshaft, 100% New Camshaft; Equivalent To "Maestro" Grind.

Custom ground 100% new camshaft by Dema Elgin. Optimizes engine for maximum torque. For use 86mm 1720cc or 90mm 1883cc Porsche 356 and 912 engines fitted with Nickies Cylinders. Similar to "Maestro" camshaft. Our Torquer grind can be used on 1500 and 1600 models with excellent drivability.

Typical specifications for this camshaft provide for up to 6000 RPM peak output HP when paired with 86mm 1720cc Nickies and 5000 RPM peak output HP when paired with 90mm 1883cc Nickies. This is just a rough estimate - intake, exhaust, and cylinder heads will affect final performance.

All our camshafts must be installed with new or reground lifters; use factory valve lash specifications with stock or aftermarket aluminum pushrods.

Specifications: 102-01 Torquer Camshaft duration is 266 degrees (236 degrees @ .050" lift) with 0.383" net lift on intake (1.3:1 rocker) and 0.321" net lift on exhaust (1.13:1 rocker).
