Times have changed. We're proud to say we have manufactured replacement shoes entirely from scratch, eliminating the need to send in cores and possible long waits for re-lining. Our new shoes are laser cut, both the web and platform pieces.
The pieces are precision aligned and TIG welded together. Non-asbestos FF code friction material is bonded in place and then arched to standard drum size (280 mm).
