We continue block sanding our 911 in preparation for paint. It's a slow process when we're working on it just a few days a week.
We are sanding on a diagonal with a Durablock sanding block and 320-grit.
After the diagonal, we switch to up and down. The goal is to make everything flat (of course) without going too far through the fill prime.
At the end of the evening, we have doors that are nearly perfect with just a few spots that need a touch of spot puty to clear up some nicks.
Next up, we'll be cleaning things up and spotting in some additional fill prime for the final round of sanding before paint.
