Our 1969 912's engine build is coming along. We've gotten the heads back from the machine shop and the engine is going back together with new bearings, pistons and cylinders.
The valves were cleaned and new seats were installed and cut.
New valve guides and seals are installed.
Chris checks the fit of the crank and bearings on the case one last time.
The rod bearings are given a coat of assembly lube.
And the rods are getting attached to the crank.
Fully dressed and ready to go back in.
