Returns/Refunds & WarrantiesReturns/Refunds:To return a part that appears to be defective, ordered or received in error, please call customer service at Warranty:Stoddard warrants that every new and remanufactured part and accessory will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 12 months/unlimited mileage from date of delivery of the part or accessory to the original customer. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the parts or accessories to the original customer. Any part or accessory that is determined by Stoddard to be defective will either be repaired or replaced with a new or remanufactured part. Labor required to remove, replace, or repair the defective part or accessory is not reimbursable. Items and damages not covered:
Please call Stoddard with any warranty/return issue and we will provide you with a return authorization. We are unable to accept ANY returns with out the return merchandise authorization and invoice from the sale in question. No Other Warranties Made:This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties of Stoddard or any distributor of Stoddard parts.
